I talked to someone else today and they are to be scheduling a technician, but the servers are down so they cant do it today. She said that if the tech determines it is a factory issue and not a maintenance and use issue, they will do the replacement free. she said if it is not their issue to call back and negotiate with a manager because they will likely still discount everything due to being so new. I havent done anything strange and one door is suddenly developing spots everywhere.
