select graphics card?

Hello everyone Today I want to test about the graphics card. My computer at home uses an onboard Rx vega 11 graphics card and I'm going to buy a ram (16gb) so I thought I'd better buy a video card too. The one that I chose will be gt730 because my budget is not much. So I want to ask if I should buy it or shouldn't buy it. Thank you for all the answers.
